INITIAL CONSULT - Zoom or Phone (required)
- New Client Consultation (required) - 15 Minutes - $0
- If you are new to my practice, please start here! In this free consult (can be zoom or phone) we will discuss your current goals, go over relevant health history, and answer any questions you may have. This is a requirement for all new clients and must happen before your first in-person session with me.
MANHATTAN Office - WEEKDAYS
- 60 Minute Session (FiDi) - $220
- This standard session length is a great place to start and provides ample time for Rolfing Series work, SourcePoint, ScarWork or Monthly Maintenance. These are the most plentiful sessions on my calendar.
- 75 Minute Session (FiDi) - $280
- Back by popular demand, these longer sessions are ideal for Monthly Maintenance or if you simply enjoy more time. There are not as many of these sessions on my calendar, so check the 60 Minute option as well if you are having a hard time finding a time.
BROOKLYN Office - SUNDAYS
- 60 Minute Session (Williamsburg) - $220
- **Please note - Beginning JAN 1, 2024, my Brooklyn office will be in WILLIAMSBURG at 101 N.10th Street, Suite 304. I am no longer working in Crown Heights. I currently just offer the 60 Minute Session at this location, though that may change in the future.
- 75 Minute Session (Williamsburg) - $280
ONLINE Sessions and Classes
- SourcePoint Session Online - 50 Minutes - $150
- An incredible opportunity to deeply RECEIVE and RECHARGE - lie down, get cozy, close your eyes, and enjoy an energywork session that supports, nourishes and clarifies your whole being. The techniques and sequences of SourcePoint Therapy help you connect with your inherent HEALTH. Done on Zoom.
